Rhythms of a Rooted Home

Your days are full of good things. Here's how to give them a rhythm that holds.

Simple Rhythms for Women Who Lead to Find Peace, Predictability, and Presence Again

Wednesday December 2nd at 2:30 PM CST

You lead the Bible study, keep the co-op running, and answer every text that starts with "Quick question…" You're high capacity. You can handle a lot. And most days, you do.

But the rhythm of your own home has been built around everyone else's needs. Your mornings start with someone else's text. Your evenings run on whatever's left.

In one hour, I'll show you how to build simple daily rhythms that bring peace, predictability, and presence back to your home, without adding one more thing to your plate.

Stay to the end for the Family Vision Starter, only for women who join live.

Does this sound familiar?

Your morning starts when the first text comes in. By 8 a.m., you've answered three questions for other people, and the kids are still waiting on breakfast.

You've printed the schedule. You've set the earlier alarm. You've color-coded the week. And it lasted about a week.

You'd love a home that feels calm and steady. A morning you actually look forward to. Evenings where you're present, not just there.

Here's the thing β€” that isn't a discipline problem.

Most of your rhythms were never designed by you. They were borrowed from other people's expectations or built around everyone else's needs. And a rhythm you never chose is a rhythm you can change.

In 30 minutes, you'll learn the Rooted Rhythm Framework: Audit, Anchor, Protect.

1. Audit your current rhythms. Take an honest look at your mornings, your evenings, and the spots in your day quietly draining your energy without you noticing. You can't change what you haven't named, and once you name it, it gets lighter.

2. Anchor your day. Discover the four anchor points that give your day a steady shape, even when everything else shifts. I'll also give you a peek inside our family's real daily and weekly rhythms, as inspiration, not rules.

3. Protect your energy. Learn the one simple question that helps you decide what you're called to carry and what you can finally set down, starting this week.

This isn't a lecture. Bring a pen. You'll leave with your own rhythm sketched out and one anchor ready to start tomorrow morning.

What You'll Walk Away With

Who’s it for?

This is for you if…

  • You lead at home and somewhere else too: a co-op, a Bible study, a church team, or a business. Most days, it's more than one.

  • Your life is full of good things, and you want your home to feel steady in the middle of all of it.

  • You've tried schedules that didn't stick, and you're ready for rhythms that bend instead of break.

  • You want your kids to grow up remembering a home that felt peaceful, not rushed.

And this isn't for you if you're looking for leadership training to do even more, or a color-coded schedule to cram into an already full life.

These 30 minutes are for the woman who's ready to slow down long enough to be poured into. You're not behind, and you're not failing. You're right on time.

I'm a Doctor of Chiropractic, a wife, and a homeschooling mom of four. My husband and I run Wisdom and Truth Wellness in Lubbock, Texas, and over the past 8 years, we've cared for more than 2,000 families.

A few years ago, I was leading the online campus of our church, Bible studies, book clubs, and homeschool co-ops, running our practice, and mentoring other practitioners. Our home rhythms were an afterthought. Pregnant with our third and training a new practitioner, I finally told my husband, "I can't carry all this anymore." And no one had asked me to carry it all.

What changed things was asking the Lord for a vision for our home, and for the story I want my children to tell one day about their childhood. Simple rhythms are where that story started. That's what I want to share with you.

Stay to the end

A gift for the women who join live

Everyone who's with me live at the end of the training gets my Family Vision Starter. It's a simple set of conversation prompts to walk through with your husband, so you can name what your family is called to steward and build your rhythms around it together.

It's my thank-you for giving yourself this hour, and I'm not sharing it anywhere else.
