UNHURRIED

A 6-week virtual circle for women who lead at home, at church, in their co-op, or in their business, and are ready to lead from overflow instead of willpower.

Being depended on isn't the same as being resourced.

You're the one people call. You lead the Bible study, run the co-op, guide the team, or grow the business, and you come home to a household that needs you too.

You're capable, and you've proven it. But you've been giving out faster than you've been filling up, and you can feel it.

That's not a failure of faith or a flaw in your character. It's a signal, and you're the kind of woman who pays attention to signals.

This is for you if…

  • You're the one people call, at church, in your co-op, or in your business, and you're ready to invest in yourself the way you invest in them.

  • You teach rest, Sabbath, or self-care to the women you lead, and you don't actually practice it yourself.

  • You feel more tired than you'd like, and you're ready to do something about it instead of pushing through.

  • You've tried the supplements and the earlier bedtimes, and your labs keep coming back "normal" even though you don't feel normal at all.

  • You want your health, faith, family, and the people you lead to stop competing for the little you have left at the end of the day.

  • You've kept saying you'll take care of yourself "when things calm down," and you're starting to realize they won't.

If you found yourself nodding along, take that seriously. It isn't a sign of weakness. It's the wisdom of a woman who knows her calling is long and wants the strength to see it through.

This circle was built for the woman you just recognized.

How it works

  1. Take an honest look. Your first live circle starts with an unhurried look at where your energy is going and what you've been calling "just what leadership costs." Your at-home panel gets ordered the same week.

  2. Reconnect to what refills you. Week by week, return to what actually sustains you: God, your body, your people, and the rhythms of creation you were designed to live by. Here, you don't have to lead. You get to be led.

  3. Build rhythms that hold. Create daily and weekly rhythms for your body, home, and marriage that fit your real life and everything you carry, so you lead from overflow and still have something left at the end of the day.

What starts to change

When you're rooted and resourced again, here's what starts to change:

  • Stop reaching for coffee at 2 p.m. just to make it through afternoon school, dinner, and the meeting you're leading tonight.

  • Respond to your kids instead of snapping at them, and notice the whole house softening when you do.

  • Walk into your next doctor's appointment with your own panel results, the words to describe what's really going on, and the confidence to advocate for yourself.

  • Say no to what was only ever obligation, with confidence, so your yes to what you're called to carry means something again.

You’ll Finally…

  • Feel like teammates with your husband, building your days together and sharing the load.

  • Keep up the rhythms you build, even in the messy weeks, because they were designed for your real life and everything you carry.

  • Have a place in a circle of women who lead like you do, where you get to receive as well as give.

  • Lead your co-op, your study, your team, or your business from a full well, and watch the women you lead feel the difference.

Your Next Step

What's inside Unhurried

Your at-home panel and personal results video ($375 value)
You'll finally see what your body has been trying to tell you. Collect your sample at home with a simple genetic panel, and I'll walk through your results in a personal recorded video you can watch whenever it works for you.

Weekly video teachings with reflection prompts
One lesson each week that you watch on your own time, between commitments or after the kids are in bed. A few reflection prompts help you carry what you learned into your actual week.

Weekly live circle
Every Monday at 7:30 p.m. Central, you sit with women who lead like you do. Bring your questions and be led instead of leading. Here you get to receive, not just give.

Private WhatsApp community
Encouragement between circles, whenever you need it. Share wins, ask questions in real time, and get encouragement while you put things into practice.

You could keep figuring it out on your own. You're good at that. You're the one other women come to for answers. You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, and saved more posts than you can count. But more information hasn't given you more energy, and you know your time is worth more than another round of sorting through it alone.

You could try one more appointment. Sometimes that's exactly the right next step. But if your labs come back "normal" again, you already know how that conversation goes, and you walk out with the same tired you walked in with.

Or you could wait until things calm down. Can I be honest with you? You've been saying that for a while now. The seasons keep changing, and your calling keeps growing. Waiting won't build the strength it asks of you.

Or you could decide that now is the time.

Unhurried is six weeks of walking this out together. You'll get an at-home panel with a personal results video from me, a weekly live circle with women who lead like you do, and rhythms built for your real life, homeschool, ministry, business and all. You won't come away with more tabs open. You'll come away with a way of living you understand and can keep using long after we're done.

Six weeks, six themes

Week by week, you return to what refills you: your Source, your body, your people, and the rhythms of your home and land. You finish with rhythms that let you lead from overflow and a framework you can keep using long after the circle ends.

  1. Take an honest look. Where your energy is going, and what you've been calling "just what leadership costs."

  2. Your Source. Reconnecting your spirit to the One who made you, and hearing Him more clearly.

  3. Nourished and strong. Your body as something to steward, not fight, and what your genetic panel results are telling you.

  4. Your people. Marriage, family, and relationships that are honest, loving, and life-giving, including your own circle of support.

  5. Living in rhythm with creation. Your home, your food, your land, and the daily rhythms that hold.

  6. Leading from overflow. What you're called to carry, what you can set down, and rhythms that keep your well full.

Bonuses

Your life doesn't slow down just because you decided to. So these were built to give you time back from the very first week.

The Capacity Session (enroll by November 30)
Before the circle even begins, you'll get time back. Bring your calendar to a live session with me, and together we'll sort what you're called to carry from what's only obligation. You'll leave with one or two things to set down, so you start week one with room to breathe. Available only to women who enroll by November 30. We'll meet live on Monday, January 4, from 7:30 to 8:15 p.m. Central, and a replay will be available if you can't make it.

Listen-anywhere lessons
Every weekly teaching also comes as audio, so the drive to co-op, the time at the stove, or your evening walk becomes circle time. You don't have to find new hours. You get to use the ones you already have.

Weeks 2 and 3 meals, planned for your family
For weeks two and three, "what's for dinner" is already answered. You'll get a meal plan built around your family's size and dietary needs, with recipes, prep-ahead notes, and a grocery list ready to go. One whole category of decisions comes off your plate right as we turn to nourishing your body.

3 months of replay and content access
When a co-op day runs long, a sick kid needs you, or someone you lead needs you, every replay and lesson stays available for three months after the circle ends. It's built for a woman with a full life, so a missed week never means missing out.

Meet Dr. Allana

I'm Dr. Allana Patel. For the past 8+ years my husband, Dr. Niraj, have been seeing patients in our practice Wisdom & Truth Wellness in Lubbock, Texas, where we've cared for families from hours old to grandparents. We homeschool our four children, lead a team, and built this practice side by side.

In more than 2,000 families, I've seen the same pattern over and over. The women holding everyone else together are often the last ones to be cared for. Their labs look "normal." They keep going. And no one asks how full their own well is.

Unhurried is the place I wish more of them had. It's grounded in clinical training, so you get real explanations instead of vague wellness talk. And it's built by a woman who leads while running a home, just like you.

Your investment

The people you lead deserve your overflow, not your leftovers. This is an investment in the woman your family and everyone you serve looks to.

Early enrollment: $825 (ends November 30th)

Regular price $1,200

Choose how you'd like to enroll: pay in full for $825, or in 3 monthly payments of $300. Both options include everything. The early enrollment price ends November 30 at 11:59 p.m. Central.

Your panel, shipping, and personal video review are all included. No add-ons or surprise costs.

My promise to you

I believe in this work, and I want you to be able to say yes with confidence. So here's my promise, stated plainly.

If you join the circle and realize by the end of week two that it isn't the right fit, you'll get back the full program portion. Your panel and personal results video are yours to keep, because once your kit ships, that part is already in motion.

Email [refund email] before the end of week two and let us know the circle isn't right for you. You'll receive everything back except the $375 panel, with no forms and no hard feelings.

If you're still deciding

If you're still reading, part of you already knows. So let's talk about what's actually holding you back.

"I can't step away right now. They need me." They do need you. That's exactly why this matters. And they deserve you at your best. Taking six weeks to build your strength isn't stepping away from them. It's stewarding the woman they look to. And if you enroll by November 30, we start by finding room in your calendar together, before week one.

"I should be able to figure this out myself." You probably could keep piecing it together. You're resourceful, and that's part of why people follow you. But you've been the one with the answers for a long time. You don't need more information. You need a place where you don't have to lead.

"What if I'm too busy and fall behind?" You might miss a week. Most women do. You can listen to the lessons on the go, every replay stays open for three months, and if you realize by the end of week two that this isn't the right fit, you'll get the program portion back. You don't have to do this perfectly for it to work.

You make decisions for other people all the time. This one is for you. If this feels like your next step, I'd love to have you at the table.

A note from me

Can I be honest with you?

I know what it is to lead while running a home. I lead a practice alongside my husband, a team, this circle, and our homeschool. I know how easy it is to keep giving and call it faithfulness, and I know how differently I lead when I tend my own well first.

You've been given people to care for. Your husband. Your children. The women in your study, the families in your co-op, the team that looks to you. That's a calling, and it's a good one. And you were made to carry it with strength.

For six weeks, you get to invest in yourself the way you've invested in everyone else. You'll sit with women who lead like you do. You'll finally see what your body has been trying to tell you. And you'll build rhythms that let you lead from overflow, so the people you lead get the best of you, and your family gets even more.

You don't need to become someone else. You need to come home to who you've always been.

If this feels like you, I'd love to have you at the table.
